Dubai Courts Wills (non-Muslims)

Dubai Courts Wills (non-Muslims)

The Dubai Courts Will is governed by the laws of Dubai and serves as a dedicated registry for registering Wills of non-Muslim people. It falls under the jurisdiction of the onshore Arabic language courts in Dubai. Operating within the framework of Civil Law, a Will registered with the Dubai Courts notary can apply to assets across all seven Emirates of the UAE. This ensures that Sharia law will not be enforced on the estate of a non-Muslim person.
